3. Collection and Processing of Data (Situation Assessment)
When you use our "Situation Assessment" (Quickcheck), we collect the operational business data you enter as well as your name and email address.
Purpose of Processing: Delivery of your individual PDF assessment and preparation for a potential strategic consultation.
Legal Basis: Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate business interest in providing you with an accurate operational classification (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Data Retention: We temporarily store your data and questionnaire results in the background. The data remains stored until your inquiry has been fully processed or you explicitly object to further contact. Following this point, your raw data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted.
Your answers are evaluated with the help of an AI-assisted system. This does not constitute automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR – the results are intended solely for your own orientation.
4. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure
To ensure the highest level of data sovereignty, we utilise a strictly controlled European IT infrastructure:
Website & Mail Hosting: This website and its core email services (Hostinger Mail) are hosted by Hostinger on secure servers within the European Union (EU).
Automation Engine (n8n): The processing of your questionnaire and the generation of your PDF report are executed via our own n8n instance on a dedicated Hostinger server in the Frankfurt am Main data centre (Germany). Your data never leaves the EU.
Workspace Communication: Strategic email correspondence is handled via Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA, processed within the EU).
5. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification, restriction, or erasure of this data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Commission, Ireland).
